"Love Local PT! Everyone has been so welcoming, helpful and they really make you feel comfortable when you come in. The office is very clean and inviting. Scheduling appointments is super easy & they always try to accomidate me to fit my schedule. My therapist, Ryan is awesome! He is very focused, kind and caring towards my condition and never pushes me past my limits. I am learning new exercises each week and gaining more strength and I am having a lot less pain as I progress in my therapy. I highly recommend Local PT to anyone who has had a bad experience with other physical thereapy places. The Local PT team here in Dover has been nothing but great and you will feel the difference from the first minute you walk through their door!"

"I started as a patient of Tom's 17 years ago and returned whenever I've needed physical therapy for issues with my back, knee, foot, and arm. I've always been pleased with how knowledgeable Tom and Wayne are, but to have a practice where the level of care matches the level of knowledge is unique! "My daughter was experiencing achilles pain (left) when dancing en pointe. With only three weeks until her nutcracker production, Wayne and Keifer saw her twice a week, gave her exercises to do on her own, and worked with us on taping procedures. The progress in those three weeks was unbelievable. She said, after the show weekend, that she didn’t even feel it or think about it while she was on stage! Truly can’t thank them enough!"

"I recently experienced a complete tear of part of my left rotator cuff. In an effort to avoid surgery I am getting physical therapy. I heard of a new practice headed by my old friends Tom and Wayne and called them for a consultation. I'm working with Wayne and he has identified a program to get me back to using my arm and hopefully surgery. I'm just beginning this process but I'm confident he will be correct in his assessment. "Yo! I just wanted to give a shoutout to Kiefer Gooch at Local PT. After I hurt my arm riding a go cart, I was super bummed. But Kiefer Gooc totally helped me out. They were really chill and listened to what I was going through. The sessions were actually fun! I thought it would be boring, but we did all these cool exercises, and Kiefer Gooch always kept it light and funny. I always looked forward to going, which is saying something! The clinic was nice and clean, and everyone there was super friendly. Seriously, thanks to Kiefer Gooch, I'll be ready to be back on the baseball field way sooner than I thought. Kiefer came up with a plan that combines the dry needling with exercise and soft tissue manipulation, and the results have been amazing! After just a couple weeks, I have more mobility and the pain and stiffness in my neck is almost gone. I can do things that I haven't been able to do for years without pain.
